| Description: Kickboxing is one of the most popular combat sports and is a stand-up fighting style that incorporates punches and other striking techniques (such as kicks, elbows, knees, etc) Kickboxing provides a strong base for learning how to strike, which can then be adapted to fight choreography for film. Equipment you will eventually need includes: boxing gloves; mouth guard; shin guards. If you're new, there are gloves that you can borrow. |
